Our Mail-In Trade-In Program is perfect if you’re not local but still want to turn your games or cards into cash. Just follow the steps below — we’ll take care of the rest.
How It Works
- Clean & Prepare: Remove dust, sort your items, and ensure cards are out of binders. Desleeve low-value cards. Items with heavy damage may be rejected or valued lower.
- Download & Fill the Mail-In Trade-In Form: This form lets us know who you are, how to pay you, and what to expect. Place it inside your package.
- Pack Carefully: Use padding or card boxes. Make sure nothing shifts in transit. Avoid shipping in padded envelopes for anything bulky.
-
Ship to Us: You are responsible for shipping. We recommend USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx with tracking.Fourth Space Games
Attn: Trade-In Department
524 2nd St
Portsmouth, OH 45662 - Wait for an Offer: We review packages within 3 business days of arrival. Larger shipments may take slightly longer. All unboxings are recorded on video for accuracy and fraud prevention.
- Respond Within 10 Days: Accept or reject the offer. If we don’t hear back, items are considered forfeited and become property of Fourth Space Games.
For high-value submissions (estimated over $300), please reach out to us before shipping. We want to ensure proper planning and secure handling of premium collections, and may coordinate partial purchases or returns for large-volume or rare-item shipments.
Payment & Return Options
- Accepted: We pay you via PayPal, CashApp, or Venmo as selected on your form. Payment is usually sent within 1 business day of offer acceptance.
- Partial Rejection: You’ll be paid for the accepted items, and your portion of return shipping will be deducted from the payout.
- Full Rejection: We’ll invoice you for return shipping before sending items back.
- Donation Option: Prefer not to pay return shipping? Just check the donate box and we’ll find a good home for them.
- Forfeited Items: If you do not respond within 10 days, your items become the property of Fourth Space Games and may be resold, donated, or recycled.
